Personal Historian, Jan Johnson
Jan Johnson is a former teacher who brings her skills of careful questioning,
perceptive listening and thoughtful writing to the process of creating
a family heirloom.

She has been hired to bring a light touch to serious subjects, and
to convey maximum information in a concise manner. She has written
about women’s issues, education, travel, marriage and divorce.
Jan has had several articles published in the San Diego Union-Tribune
and has written and published a monthly newsletter for North County
parents.
Jan is a member of the Association of Personal Historians, an organization
whose members are dedicated to assisting others preserve their
life stories.
